The Lineage Lab is an initiative founded by coach and constellations facilitator Ana Polanco.Ana’s work lives at the intersection of systemic healing, leadership development, and movement-building. Do I need to know anything about Family or Systems Constellations?
No. The series is designed for people new to this practice. Concepts are explained clearly and always connected to real workplace dynamics.
Is this therapy? Coaching?
Constellations draw from systems principles, therapeutic insight, and embodied practice. The Lineage Lab complements therapy or coaching but does not replace them.
What if I don’t know much about my family history?
You don’t need a full family tree. Constellations work with what is present in your body and system — stories, patterns, emotions — not just documented history.
Will this help in traditional corporate environments?
Yes. You don’t need to announce you’re “doing constellation work.” You’ll make subtle, powerful shifts in how you hold authority, make decisions, and stop over-functioning in systems that expect it.
